Biography:

Madison Helms is a graduate student studying Art Education in the Department of Art and Design at the University of Illinois. She is also a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies program at Illinois (Class of 2025).

Madison currently serves as a Project Coordinator for the LittleBeats Baby Rhythms Project, which uses LittleBeats technology in local early childcare settings. She has also enjoyed contributing to the Baby Cues Project by designing study recruitment materials. Madison loves working on the LittleBeats team because she gets to work directly with infants and their caregivers, while finding ways to bring her creativity into scientific research.

In her free time, Madison enjoys artmaking of all kinds, especially painting and photography.
